Jerry Hardcastle has spent 23 years working in the Automotive Industry holding positions in design and development with Austin Rover Group and Nissan Motors Limited. Jerry has held positions in Engine Design, Interior Trim Design, Project Management and Vehicle Evaluation.
His current role as Vice President means Jerry is responsible for all aspects of the vehicle design and development activities and process at both NTCE sites based in Cranfield, Barcelona, Brussels, Bonn and Moscow. The position requires Jerry to perform locally within the European business operation, and globally within the Research and Development function maintaining responsibility for 4 European Directors and also acting himself as Director for Chassis Engineering.
During his career in Nissan, Jerry has lived and worked in Japan on two occasions, allowing him to experience the working cultures of Nissan in Japan and Europe.
