Rolle, 28 September 2009 - Infiniti, the luxury automotive brand from Japan, has confirmed its dealer network plans in the run-up to the forthcoming official opening of Germany’s first Infiniti Centre in Hamburg on 3 October.
Infiniti’s range of premium cars will be sold and serviced by exclusive Infiniti Centres, 10 of which will be opened in Germany by late 2011. In the first quarter of 2010 two centrally located Infiniti Centres will open in Cologne and Dresden. Further Centres located in the populous metropolitan areas of Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Stuttgart and the Ruhr area will be opened in 2010. The opening of the Infiniti Centres in Düsseldorf and Hannover is scheduled for 2011. The names of the partners will be released at a later date.
"With a network of 10 Centres in Germany we will achieve the geographical coverage needed for offering our customers Infiniti’s exclusive service and care programme, the Total Ownership Experience", explains Jürgen Schmitz, Infiniti’s Regional Director for Central Europe. "We believe that individual customer care and an extensive service are keys to forming an emotional bond between Infiniti and its customers. The benefits offered to customers both in Germany and in Europe include a VIP Service with free collection and delivery of customer cars for annual inspections within a distance of 250 km from the Centres, and a personalised Touring Assistance that applies all over Europe even when customers are travelling in a non-Infiniti vehicle."
Infiniti’s launch line-up for Germany includes a range of attractive performance models that have been especially re-designed and re-engineered to match European tastes: with the G37 sedan, coupe and convertible, the EX37 crossover coupe and the FX37 plus FX50S crossovers a total of five models in 13 trim variants will be available. In 2010 the M luxury sedan will complete the line-up.
Prices for the G37 range of sedan, coupe and convertible with 3.7-litre V6 petrol engine start from 39,900 Euro. Prices for the 5-seater EX37 crossover coupe EX, also with V6 petrol engine, start from 47,550 Euro. The ultimate performance crossover FX37 will be available from 55,600 Euro with 3.7-litre V6 petrol engine, while prices for Infiniti’s top-equipped FX50S with 5.0-litre V8 engine start from 71,500 Euro.
As with all other 22 Infiniti Centres in Europe, the design and architecture of the German Centres will follow Infiniti’s unique IREDI concept (Infiniti Retail Environment Design Initiative) specifically developed for Infiniti Centres worldwide.
